A message dated June 19, 1998, was received stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 73                                                             
"An Act extending the termination dates of the salmon marketing               
programs of the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and the                     
salmon marketing assessment; and providing for an effective date."
